Shebenik National Park covers 34,507 hectares — about 345 million m² of untouched natural beauty in eastern Albania, within Elbasan County. The park extends across the regions of Librazhd and Prrenjas, forming a unique natural corridor that connects with neighbouring North Macedonia. These forests and mountain meadows shelter rare wildlife, including the brown bear, the wolf, and the rare Balkan lynx — one of the most endangered wild cats in the world.
